Butches, so you could tell a big difference after installing the pro linkage kit? Did you ride the XTX with the stock suspension and notice the same thing with the rear end just getting thrown all over the place?

When my dealer called Yamaha to ask what the solution was, the Yamaha rep immediately knew of the issue and said Yamaha wants the suspension in the bottom holes in both the front and rear. So mine is in the very bottom holes on both and 530 miles haven't heard the noise since!

When riding over rough trails with good size bumps, is anyone hearing a rubbing noise from the front of the suspension? Seems to do it when the front part of the suspension is compressed. Only does it over bumpy trails at slow speeds. Sounds like track is rubbing on something. I have not...

How difficult is it to remove the instrument panel from the Viper? I want to mount a gps but have to get under the those black pieces of plastic that run right beside the steering post to tighten the bolts for the gps mount. I attached a pic for reference.

I have the two fuel caddy bags along with the Yamaha premium trunk bag both on the sled. Both fit great and look great together. The saddlebag is huge, can fit a ton of stuff on them. I have the XTX too.
