There is no oil leak when it's just sitting in the shed , but on colder days when driving and there's quite a bit of snow dust when I stop then there's oil dripping out the bottom , any ideas ?

did you recently do a oil change? Did you make sure the old oring on filter come out when removing? Is it residual oil left in belly of sled when you did last oil change? Did you check all oil line clamps? Is it leaking from the bottom of motor or under the reservoir? Open up your panels and inspect that's the only way you will figure it out!
Some guys are having issues with the separator also

I have a 2016 XTX too, and last weekend with 1200 miles after an oil change i saw oil dripping from the center of the sled by the belly pan. Right before i saw the oil, the engine was getting hot due to lack of lubrication and icy trails running at 80 mph for 50 miles non stop. I stopped for a few min and my temp light and a code flashed quickly. As soon as i started it back up and took up, within 10 feet the light was off and i was back in good lubrication. After looking under the panels i could see oil was spitting out somwhere near the top of the exhaust and over that area. I could smell oil burning as well. My thought is, since the engine was a little to hot, it shoots out some extra oil from an overflow valve? Thoughts?
for the rest of the trip which was another 200 miles, i never saw oil drip again, never smelt it and the engine never got over heated again. Im thinking nothing to worry about?
