85 kms right side bent, did subframe x-frame as done on race sleds still moved back then installed gussets,still moves.. if you drive across pavement to put gas in moves back and then when you reverse moves fwd.getting 09 summit.
had to x brace mine could n t trust the front end after i tweaked it.. no word from yamaha yet , i think a old 02 zx chassis doo is the next step..
4 new yamaha sleds in 4 years , 2 new bikes one last year and one in 05. no troubles till this year and not to impressed.........

everyone has to bring it into the dealer to show them there is a problem , i know of 4 here on the avalon in newfoundland and my dealer is in st.johns
yamaha canada is not going to do sh--t about this ... so hopefully this doesnt bend and really hurt someone bad.
just wondering what yamaha has told you guys about the track folding over, mine has 350 kms or about 220 miles on it of deep snow , yamaha canada told dealer that it must be due to the fact that i rode it on hard pack and to look at the warning sticker on sled . Sled has never been groomed...
got a bent sub frame , going to add support, once back in place . Where is everyone putting the support. Very weak sub frame can be moved with 4ft pipe with little effort. this is not a very good setup. any help or pics would be a great help.
thanks stoutner, just trying to figure out which nitrous system to go with and how big with just pump gas, looking at boondocker, boss noss and cold fusion any help you can give is appreciated.
