Where did you get your pc5 from? And did they know the nods you had done to your sled. If not they may have loaded a stock map. Yes if you don't fix the lean condition you could hurt the engine. Shane

The kit works very well and is resistant to bottoming. I had mine in al last year and well worth the cost. Install is pretty easy. Plan on a couple of hours. Shane.

It wont work period. I tried painting a set of handles which is the same plastic. I scudded them then applied plastic adhesion promoter then krylon fusion paint. I let them dry for a week ans when I checked adhesion I could scrape the paint off easily. Hope that helps. Shane

I have the Star Suspension kit in my sled and I have only bottomed it once since I installed it. I weigh about he same as you. It rides much better than stock. If your riding two up I dont think it would hold both of you if the trails are rough,but if its fairly smooth you will be fine. Shane

I have a Star suspension kit installed in my xtx and it hardly ever bottoms out now. Only on the really big ones. I am about 200 lbs without gear. Worth every penny. Shane

If you recently installed new rollers my guess is you put something in wrong.
