The engine is warm and when let cool down for a half hour and then I restart it it'll idle at around 1700 rpm and slowly decrease and at around 1600 to 1650 rpm it'll stall. I installed a power commander 5 an air box mod lid and did an oil change. If one of these things may be causing it to stall and why ?

Sounds like you need to change your map. Possible lean condition after warm up. I am working on my map and its just the opposite. Runs rough when cold but perfect once its warm. I have a full exhaust intake filters pc5 ignition module and autotune. The autotune cut a lot of fuel out at idle. Working on changes tomorrow. Shane

How do I change my mapping from lean when engine is warm to I guess a little richer? I was told the pc5 was pre programmed and plug and play ready. Also would it damage the motor if left the way it is ?

Where did you get your pc5 from? And did they know the nods you had done to your sled. If not they may have loaded a stock map. Yes if you don't fix the lean condition you could hurt the engine. Shane

Did you try unplugging the pc5 to see if that isolates the problem?
