if all that is available at the time is the spade connectors , i would squeeze them tight and then once installed, maybezip tie them dwn or fill cavity with sealall.... ment for being saturated in fuel full time.

On top of pump there is 2 male spade connectors, most shops just put crimp on individual female connectors.... which one of mine poped off.... dont know why i did not go BOOOM as it would have arced, but thankfully it didnt.... got the proper fitting pig tail that locks into pump... soldered and...

just a question, when pulling snub out, the factory crank seal comes out with it, is there any specific process when putting snub back in ... that makes sure the seal goes squarely in and should you put loc tite around it or silicone to be sure its in tight. n sealed

i BELIEVE dave would have done his due diligents to get the best grease for temp and pressure available, but whos to say something better doesnt come along.... i my self have kit coming and will use the supplied substance, but after will prob research the tackiest,, highest temp lithium...

mine was wired like that from TD, ... it vibrated loose one trip and was surprised i never blew up cuz im sure it would arc in side the tank...soo i got the proper dual connector that locks in off amazon and soldered the wires. now i know its safe.

makes sense what your saying Clint, as when tank is filled higher than the banana, there is going to be back pressure on the return line, but if tank is vented properly, there will not be any back pressure and would be like filling a tank from bottom ... i did have one episode after doing all...

as Knapp states, the eccentric bearing based on diff ratio of upper gear will change defletion of drive belt.... how much?? my thoughts are they prob made it set at perfect alignment with new cog belt and stock gear, given the length of shaft and prob only 2mm max adjustment on eccentric belt...

i would bet that the grease acts like a cushion between the splines, the thicker and more pasty the grease is the better.. prob a really thic silicone grease that does not thin when heated.... prob also will act like a fluid dampner, ... as long as you do not fill it too much with grease that...

i have the aftermarket TD timer and actuator, using the good aluminum mity vac, im at 11 for it to move rod but it doesnt hold pressure.... it very slowly leeks dwn.... is this normal? i have plugged the pump and it will hold presure.... so somewhere in the actuator is loosing presure. is...

turbo flash does exactly same as i have done several times... with exception of the grease nipple, ... the spray graphit on the cross country steel shaft wrks great.... like i said just polish the shaft and put o ring either side and do a washer between the shortened spacer pipes.and o ring

on the right side of factory gage you should be able to open a AFR display, i have AFR and BOOST on my right side and rpm on left.... dont really care about MPH on fACT gage because REAL mph # is on my Garmin GPS.
