    If I remember my install I believe there are angled spacers between the turbo and and the bracket, if you're bolts got loose and you didn't realign the spacers than you could have that movement after tightening

    Everything is doable but your better off in the long run to sell it and buy a trail sled, I converted my viper ltx dx 137" to a 141" mtx so I can relate, lots of parts to buy and sell or trade.

    Newer circlip will work, you might need to ratchet strap the tunnel to pull the sides together to expose the groove for the circlip
