It's possible that it would be close but way easier to just change setscrew, I like the xs belt much better, no dust, grips better and when I tune it's to one belt and that's all I run, every change you do will make it run different so I try and stay as consistent as possible.Rather than changing the weights , could you clutch for the 240 with a stock belt and then use the XS belt at 270 , and be close or righton for rpms for both ?

We finally received enough snow for good groomed trails.
First ride this winter on the Sidewinder today
SS 240-270-300 header performance muffler set up with o2 module.
Man does that run strong! Last couple of years I ran the race tune bundle and made a huge upgrade this year.
All I can say is it gets up and hauls azz right now.

This year I decided to try the 24/50 gearing and with the 240SS tune it’s a riot in the trails
I put 24/50 cat gearing in my sled this year and its slower and feels slower too. Like the sled lots its snap almost. Im actually gonna go the other way at least a 22 top, probably 24-41 even.

You just made me laugh out loudpretty remarkable what the tuners can do.........you can sunday drive all day with your child and 15 minutes later be throwing a good pair of underwear in the trash. Big props to what they do, wasnt long ago I never imagined you can have sleds pushing 300hp and not be full out race sleds.
