It does show boost but I think a way to switch between the 2? But now that I think about this some more you may need to have flasher and Gap phone app to change. So you may not be able to change.
Don’t give up. I have had it a couple years and works great! All good advice coming in here. Any chance your header is leaking at turbo connection? I think you would noticed but if you have checked everything else can’t hurt to have a look.
Yes the 4 port solenoid would need a connection. You got the updated tunes to go with this wastegate, correct? i need to double check my instructions but I think you are to drill out boost sample port at turbo Also?
Is this a new install? Was it working at one time? Almost seems you are mostly just working off the wastegate spring and are not controlling it much With actuator. If a new install double check your vacuum lines for correct orientation.
I would make it longer.. go in 1st or 2nd hole. My 23 came in the 2nd hole and I will likely move to 1st just have not had a chance to drive it much yet. If you suck the strap in won’t have very good transfer likely.
lol its all good. Just suggested you get data logging as it seems you want to f**k with everything and good to have to keep an eye on yourself. :) carry on...
I would stay away from shimming the wastegate for the most part unless you are certain you have a weak one (and then best just to replace anyway). And I would not do things depending on the knock light/protection, sure it happens but you don't want to see that light on a regular basis. And lots...
Derek I would have liked to see your sled run at NBSSR on good ice. I ran 135.? On max spool 17 once on a super cold day (only once lol) . As good as the track is at times at Whitsone it’s not Perfect.
The TD intercooler certainly hangs down lower but not below the front of the sled/ lower A arm mounts. If your hitting the intercooler your hitting the front of your sled likely. There may be better intercoolers suited for trail use but if you can get for a good price I would run it if you...
I don't think you want to overfill with grease. You could be pushing on the crank some until it finds its way out? I have a kit and have not looked closely at this yet and could be wrong.
You can use a dremel and grind down cross tube a bit where hitting waistgate actuator. And or lower actuator a bit by moding mounting holes, but this means taking everything apart again unfortuantly.
