Does anyone have a good setup ?i probably go suited at 280 pounds plus baggage. The rear just seems way to rough now that the trails are pounded. My mono skid out pushed this one by a long shot. Drove my buddies 14 doo backcountry and was like riding a couch. I thought these cat skids were...
I have hurricanes and so far really like it. And absolutely a great guy to deal with also when it comes to help with install or clutching. Pics on instal printout would be nice but we figured it out
Talked to my dealer today and it's been a huge problem. And another father son with 2 of them that sat on trailer. Both no starts -32. I know when I brought mine home I had a heck of a time starting it. Had to cycle pump a lot. Yamaha told him to put hand over exhaust that it helps..
My friend goes to his cabin in north Saskatchewan over holidays. Every morning had to put charger on battery and propane heater around it to get it started. He had a nytro before and had no problems. He is just a little bummed
Pry the plastic mesh off in front of bars. Get a swivel 4 mm socket and screw in. I had to go a long ways on mine. There's a orange condom on the adjuster you need to pull off. I'm not happy with my headlights on this sled
I been yamaha for years..but talk brand loyal. I would bet if Yamaha dropped a 800 DI engine in chassis that's 100 pounds lighter there would be a lot of 4strokes sitting. I'm just speculating. My viper still has to much front weight I think but I'm getting onto it
That's the code i got also as sled was warm and didn't start. But my sled was also on its rhnside a good 5 minutes to check that trck noise I'm getting.. Now I find out my dealer has a blown up viper cause a guy tipped his and it lost prime. Better be a fix very soon for that problem. I don't...
Mine has this issue also when it is warm. Gave me a code also and oil light wouldn't shut off. I cycled key and after a few try's it lit. Getting to not being very fond of this.
The snow isn't crazy deep at all here. 2 feet in spot at the most. I don't have to be applying power either. Adjusted track and it's still doing it. Was perfect in shop on stands now seems to be off to the other side. Grrr. I think 4 rear wheels would make it track better
Does anyone else hear and feel that grinding noise from the track ? Cat buddy says all cats do it but it's driving me nuts. Thought was chunk of ice but was to warms today and I just took it out of the shop.
