I’d tack weld the tensioner screws replace top gear in chaincase as well as the upper bearing. I’d look at jack shaft bearing and prob replace that. If the shaft is toast replace bearings on both ends.
Hmm. There is a guy on here running them on Curves. I believe he’s from NY and he says the are great. I’ll see if I can find is handle name. I think is something with hell in it
So far so good. I only have 700 miles on mine. My buddy has 1800 on his and also is holding tight. These were installed on new shafts that were also dimpled and loctite.
Very simple. Take of the heat shield the bolts and spring. Heating the the bolt housing helps a lot. Nickel anti seize will take the heat and make bolt removal easier
I had duraflex cables mounted on my skis with Travis brackets thank god. Crossed a railroad bridge with them in stow position and they got ripped right off. Thank god I had those bracket vs a style like Trail Blizzer Qualipieces that mount direct to the ski. Surely would have had ski damage.
