Hi guys I think I am going to get a trail tank this year for my Nytro. Before I do has anyone had any issues with theirs? Overheating? Poor fitment? Leaking? or any other issues? Thanks in advance.

I agree with mike3577 get a big pry bar (your trailer ski tiedown bar works great) and pry it back into place and ride it. my buddy did this and has had no issues since.

There is no need to cut the track windows. Why cut on a track that doesn't need to be? Sounds crazy to me but if you want to cut it go ahead!

Put a big prybar between the A-Arms and bend it back. You will be surprised how easy it is. Watched my buddy do his Nytro that way.

The SLP anti wear pads will not work on a stock 09 XTX ripsaw track, it has all open windows with every third bar being clipped, I tore a lug down to the core so I put a fully clipped track on. The only way to get rid of the rubber wear is to install track clips. Big bucks. or replace the track...

UPDATE: 6750 miles on my original double strap fix and they still look like they are new, quick easy fix that is holding up. Thats exactly what doubling up does, prevents the straps from rotating up into the lugs of the track and shredding them Decide your fix and ride!
