take a few pictures with your phone so it is easier to reassemble as i can do it in my sleep by now. the way i do it,
1-back off rear axle nut to top of threads
2-smack on end of shaft on nut with a rubber hammer or a peice of wood and a regular hammer so that shaft moves
3-back off track...
it has up graded skis and those ski shocks are not stock, so odds are the front a arm bushings have probably been done with oilite at some point. i pick on the speedo bearing as it sucks to have to walk home when it fails.
use compressed air and blow into all the nooks and crannies on the clutch. don't stand too near as all the old belt dust will come out and your face will be black with it. i know better and still end up with a mouth full of dust at least once a year.
ouch! that is why i repack that bearing every year when i do the speedo bearing. all balls made a kit that has the bearings and seals for that shaft including in the chaincase. they also make a kit for the drive axle if you want while you are in there.

at that km motor is just broken in right. looks like the po was a long distance guy by the klopin/rotopax mount on the tunnel. these usually take about 7.5 gallon from bone dry witch was less than the apex/vectors of the time. in good conditions it should get around 100 mi if you are...
i would try setting the suspension up 1st. make sure you still have carbides on the skis. most guys set them up with the longer carbide on the outside of the ski.
my set up for that sled (brother had 2013 rs venture gt) is, set rear torsion springs on full soft for 1 up riding. turn up as...
try swapping the relays. then try with kill switch un plugged. after this, i would be testing the pick up coil and checking the wiring harness for rub throughs.
the light will be on with the oil dipstick out of the tank or if it is unplugged. i don't have the most experiance with these for what else might be throwing oil out other than what i already have posted.
