Thor - that seems to make sense to me, but still, if there isn't any voltage going to the shock I don't see how it would work.

Just swapped ignition switch w another sled. Rule that out. Swapped entire headlight/dash pod- rule that out. Swapped out all 4 relays. Rule that out. Tested & have power to the fuse. NEW: wiggling headlight pod connection, lights flickered. Thought sure I was on to it. Shut off sled...

It's been in my heated shop. I just swapped relays with another sled & that didn't help. I'm looking at the connection that goes from the sled to the headlight pod. Anyone know the wiring diagram for that connector? I'm guessing black=ground, red=power, green & yellow=power to the headlights...

I'm not en electrical expert but I would've thought that if the fuses are good, it's not likely to be a rubbed raw wire (otherwise I'd expect a short & a blown fuse). Makes me think likely a connection or ground but I have no wiring diagram so I was hoping others who have had the same problem...
