    Chrysler discount?

I’m looking into buying a mew RAM pickup. I’ve been a Chrysler guy my whole life. Around 10-11 years ago someone here at Ty4stroke helped me obtain a Chrysler employee discount when I bought my daughter a new car. Unfortunately, I can’t recall for certain who it was. Maybe Viper Dave? Sledder...

    Sagging suspension- '07 Attak GT

Guys, Still fine tuning my suspension. I had the shock rebuilt this fall & a new rear spring put on it. I put the suspension back together & it still sags as bad as ever. If I lift all the weight off then gently set it on the floor the shock measures 10 7/8". Then sitting on it it goes to...

'07 attack gt electronic shock problem - wiring help

Thor - that seems to make sense to me, but still, if there isn't any voltage going to the shock I don't see how it would work.

'07 attack gt electronic shock problem - wiring help

I had it serviced back in October/early November. As I recall the total turn-around time was about 2 weeks (maybe a little more). Unfortunately I didn't get around to putting it back together until now - crunch time :-).

'07 attack gt electronic shock problem - wiring help

Correct. I've never had a GT so I'm not certain what is suppose to happen but I expected to hear/feel some engagement (clicking or hum) from the solenoid. I had my hand on it & ear close while my wife adjusted it. Then I put my voltmeter on it & detected no voltage (granted it is an analog...

'07 Attak GT electronic shock wiring problem

Guys, Got my Ohlins shock back from Pioneer, now putting the skid back under my daughters Attak GT. Electronic shock adjustment isn't working. I need help figuring out why. Here's what I know so far: 1. Fuse is good (10 amp fuse) 2. Mode switches to shock adjustment mode ok. When I click up...

    Part number ?

Holy brain bubble! It's as simple as that- my daughter's sled (the one I'm working on) is an Attak GT- not an Apex. After '07 they did away with the Attak and the long tracks just became Apex LTX. When I looked online I saw "Apex GT" and ... blew it. Lol. My bad. I'll go have another piece of...

    Part number ?

Frame, sliding, C by Grassfirebob posted Dec 6, 2014 at 6:18 AMI have an '07 Apex Gt with a busted "Frame, Sliding, C". I ordered the part from Babbitts based on the online parts diagram as part 8FP-4741C-00-00. This goes along your skid rail about midway. But the part that just arrived is...

    I rode a Viper...amazing handling!

I disagree on the Viper engine v the Z1. Here's my point of reference: The Viper will have the 3 cylinder "High performance Genesis" (basically Nytro motor). My RS Venture has the 3 cylinder "Mid performance Genesis". My brother's 2010 Cat TZ1 has the twin cylinder, 4-stroke Z1 motor...

    I rode a Viper...amazing handling!

(well, sort of rode one). As a lot of you know, I've been true-blue for years (since 2000). I bought an '03 RX-1 and fell in love with 4-strokes. I've had RX's, Apex, Attack's, and still have 2 RS Ventures. Right after Christmas I jumped ship and bought two new '13 Cat ProCross XF Sno Pro...

Help! Stranded. TORS. How to disable

I bypassed it & it got mr home with no more issue. I'll dig into it tomorrow to figure out the problem. Once it started acting up I adjusted the free play in the throttle cable. Sometimes it would be ok but 100' later it would happen again. Fortunately I had my smartphone & could reach...

    Clutch-secondary spring - which hole?

I blew a belt recently and couldn't get all the scraps out of the secondary. New belt squeals at idle so I thought the secondary just wasn't closing. Anyway, I took the helix off my secondary today to I could easily open up the secondary and clean it. Problem is it got away from me and shot...

No headlight, tail light, brake light.

Just swapped ignition switch w another sled. Rule that out. Swapped entire headlight/dash pod- rule that out. Swapped out all 4 relays. Rule that out. Tested & have power to the fuse. NEW: wiggling headlight pod connection, lights flickered. Thought sure I was on to it. Shut off sled...

No headlight, tail light, brake light.

It's been in my heated shop. I just swapped relays with another sled & that didn't help. I'm looking at the connection that goes from the sled to the headlight pod. Anyone know the wiring diagram for that connector? I'm guessing black=ground, red=power, green & yellow=power to the headlights...

No headlight, tail light, brake light.

I'm not en electrical expert but I would've thought that if the fuses are good, it's not likely to be a rubbed raw wire (otherwise I'd expect a short & a blown fuse). Makes me think likely a connection or ground but I have no wiring diagram so I was hoping others who have had the same problem...
