rear skid
sorry I didn't explain in full I only lowered the very rear brackets not the whole skid the back not the front of the skid. I only did this for some extra lift in the rear of the sled I know this doesn't give me anymore travel. I have seen companies that make & sell these lowering...

I would like to see a dyno of this cause its hard to believe that just by jumping compression & advancing cam timing you would get 22hp. (this is not head porting) the head in its stock form will only flow so much Don't get me wrong there are good numbers to be made in porting the head with the...

battery
well to start with give it a jump start then take a multimeter & measure the voltage off the battery with it running to see if its charging. this should be your starting point of your trouble shooting. I think it shoud be putting out 14+ volts running you can test from the jump start...

rails
Yes you can get them from any yamaha parts supply they are on 06 & newer apex models but they will cost about 250 us. I'm in the works of building my own for my 05 rx-1 but I will only have about 10 to 20 bucks in it. If you know of any fab shops around you take the rails to them & they...
bushings
well at 3900 miles I would say change them but if there is no slop between the collar's and the bushings then they are still good. mine were gone at 3000 miles & most of the collar's had wear on them these plastic bushings are one of the worst idea's I have ever see really poor design...
