i bent an a-arm on my 2014 ltx se. when I pulled the nose piece off to access the bolts I found the bolt for the other are had backed itself almost all the way out of the nut. Might be worth a check, takes five minutes and a t-20 to take the panel off.
Many threads on this subject, worth doing a search, there is a lot of good info. I went with Belanger Racing, nice kit, full replacement of try hub with four separate wheels, customer service leaves something to be desired.
I'm an honest 240 dressed, and do see that it is stiff for most riders, I ride very aggressive so prefer a stiff skid, I would suggest revalving shocks and setting all springs to the lowest setting, you can take up on limiters but may find handling issues doing that.
I'm not sure it's the same bearing on the clutch side of the shaft. Mine is still apart right now because I ordered a standard 6206 not realizing that Yamaha uses a 28mm bore 6206 not the standard 30mm. I can't say for sure that they aren't the same, however, best guess is the 28mm is Yamaha...

Sorry if I seem narcassistic, just a let down. I was actually kind of excited to have a reason to trade off my viper but after seeing this I think I'll just turbo what I have. At least I know it's a proven engine. It'll be interesting to see how this thing performs next winter. I hope it does...
