I just noticed some rear diff. fluid under the rt. rear of my 04 grizzly I could wiggle the inner cv joint quite a bit. I jacked up the Griz and removed the wheel ,I was going to take the shaft out , but I grabbed it and it slide in real easy then I thought I will see if I could pull it back...

I am putting my 04 Griz carb, exhaust and intake back to stock, does anyone know what the stock needle jet and clip setting is ? I did not mark it down when I put the dyna jet kit in, My exhaust is too loud for hunting and my fellow riders say they need ear plugs when riding behind me.

I know somebody that makes stickers for stock cars and go- carts , he made me some really nice Grizzly 660, and 4x4 stickers real cheap, check with your local sticker maker, it personalizes it a little bit.and looks better than stock.

Thats true , my bad, I forgot that a 01 griz was a 600.Yeah hes losing a lot of power with the rotating mass of those big tires , he best buy the clutch kit.

I had 27" tires on my 04 griz and still got 61 mph. but did notice that it did take a lot of power away in high range. Now I have 26" tires on and it seems to have gotten a little more back , Im like you I did not want to spend the $$ on a clutch kit but if you go bigger than 1 size over stock...
