Grinding some material off on one side of the tab is only way i can get them out other than just cutting the end off. My replacement bars don’t have the wide tab and fit with not mods.
If you find an apex clutch you just have to have the pins and washers with it. Winder spider has wider pockets so the washers and pins don't fit apex clutch.
I just parted out an 09 apex with 135 miles if you want a basically new primary clutch.
I have some here and can gladly ship one to AK via us mail. $10 for the bolt plus the shipping. They are an aluminum bolt but would not have to be. Don't know the length off hand, but it is an M14 x 1.5 pitch
Had you pulled the magnet plug when you serviced? Just fill the shaft and plug the brake rotor side. Oil filled driveshaft to dampen harmonics...maybe it will quiet the clutch noise.....ha
Nothing on snow yet. Just started on the project this spring. Part of me wanders if the difference in feel was in part due to the abundance of pivots and linkage in the deltabox. The procross is about as direct as it gets for steering linkage.

Working on a kit that replaces the wobble bearing with the 17+ fixed bearing and retains the stock 14-15 case and jackshaft. This will be easier on the wallet for those looking to get rid of the wobble bearing.
I'm going to have a fix for post wear. Had some sample bushings machined late last year and just now getting around to test fitting them. Should be around a $20 fix.
Despite part number change I am not aware of any dimensional differences. I put a 17 and 22 mount back to back and they match up. 17 mount fits the 22 and 24 rails i have here. I have been selling the 5.62 and 147mm wheels for 19+ with no issues.
He used to buy from me. Pretty sure
He used to buy quite a bit from me. Each year it became less and less and this year he has bought nothing. Pretty sure he is just copying everything too. The mindset of some of these businesses is just sad. The only Canadian distributor I have with true...
I understand your concern and have been back and forth on it as well. All 4 mounts
I've been back and forth on the "float". All 4 mounts are on the pipe. For sure if 2 mounts were on pipe and 2 on the turbo then there would need to be some isolation mounts. Lots of heat shields on atv and...
