It looks like the wire was severed right at the solenoid... I dont see any wire going into the tunnel so we will see what yamaha does. I dropped the sled off with them today. Said it could be a couple weeks since they have a list of bikes to work on before they can get to my sled.

I have a 2006 Apex i picked up last week and the Ohlins electronic adjustable shock doesnt seem to work. When you push the mode button it does not change to the shock option... So I looked under the skid to see if i could see the wire going from the shock to the tunnel and it is completely gone...

these look like nice extensions but that leaves me in the same boat as the TracksUsa rails too damn expensive ! What can I say I am a cheap skate. I know not always a good thing but I live for the deal. That is why I now have an apex :) 4,000 couldnt pass that up.

I have read that 11's or high 10's is good maybe even low 12's at WOT I try to keep mine in the 11's for a happy medium.

It has an MPI tunnel with a rear heat exchanger. Any other cooling recommendations?
