Did you look at the parts Fiche? Looks like the spacer that goes behind the top gear, or maybe the one that goes behind the bearing in the oil seal? Or the spacer on the driver shaft that goes into the oil seal behind the bearing. What sled is this on?

I have those same gloves, they do work pretty good!

I found the problem, Upon cleaning the carbs one of the needle guides must have fallen out and i didnt realize it. Luckily i noticed the needle sitting in the hole funny and looked at it further. Also got lucky and found the guide laying on the bench, got it all together now and she runs like new!

Be careful when cleaning, I just did the ones on my dads RX and one of the needle guides fell out of the bottom of the carb when i took the main out and i didnt even realize it. Sled ran like crap, but luckily i found it laying on the bench runs fine now!

I Love that Sled

I used soap and water in a weed sprayer to applicate it when i rode my sled in the grass. I got 13 miles on in the grass, thats a lot of runs across a small yard LOL

I can top it I once heard a guy in a corner store say his phazer went 180 MPH and that he hit a culvert pipe going 120 on it. He was purchasing some Beer and im guessing he had many many before that. This took place in a store located in East Tawas Michigan.
