I had mine do the same thing, Wore a hole right through the Shock part of the suspension and oil was pissing out every time it would go up and then down i think it is due to the spring being just too light.

check all you wires from the handle bars i had the same problem and when i turned left it would raise the throttle and then the tors would act up i later found out after a little looking around the it was pulling the throttle cable.
