Will the float in the rear of a 2016 Apex SE fit into previous years ? what is the measurement difference between the Two ? Thanks.

would like some feed back if anyone has installed an Elka stage one in the rear of there apex. I am thinking of purchasing one and would like to know if its worth the money

I've got the flooring that hockey arenas use around the rink works great and will not rot out like plywood. Also its not slippery when wet.

gas milage is anywere between 18-22 and I've seen 102 on ice with air temp at about + 10c

I have mine mounted right on the bar riser with a ram mount. It sits right over the bar pad..... works great. :Rockon:

In the spring with no snow on the lake and crystal type ice conditions and about +10c 100 on gps on my o8 GT Vector

We just put down some 4X8 sheets of plastic sheeting about 1/2 in thick works great and not slippery when wet. and for 20 bucks a sheet it was cheap!! :Rockon:

I have the snowphone as well and think they are great. Yeah your not going to cary on a conversation but as its been said you can tell you buddies about big bumps or washouts or whatever. ;)!

Totally agree with you I own a 08 Vector and my father has an Apex and the 2 feel totally different. I'd say the big difference between the handeling is that the vector motor sits lower in so there for it has a lower CG. As for get up and go there is not too much diference up to 80 mph. and fuel...

BlackGT where did you tap into for your oil pressure? Would this be the same place to go for oil temp? I've got an 08 Vec GT not sure if it would be different as far as an oil temp gauge goes. :pics:

I don't have an LTX just the shorty but I love the sled. 25 years of riding and 10 sleds later and this is by far the best over all sled. Ride, handling, build quality, just the feel of the sled gives off quality to me. The fuel mileage is kinda nice too, the last trip out I got 23.8 mpg :yam:
