Looking for info on what to expect with the snowtracker's when you load the sled into a trailer.
Concered about what happens when they hit the plywood floor.
Thanks for the info
yea, priced out of my league, for what you get.
Had been more hp may have been worth it.
have to keep what i have, or go back to the 800 Doo
Likely will lose me back to Doo land.
That is almost exactly what i was told today
Allen Ulmer got back to me today told me to run it with nothing in the tip or center and 7 in the heel
I will try that and see how i make out.
Thanks for the info
I own a 2007 APex ER.
I am now running 1 ounce in each tip, zero in middle,
3 ounce each heel.
How is this comparable to what you are running?
Looking for agressive bottom and mid range with no lose of top end.
Thanks
Need some advice. I have a chance to buy a used Ulmer Stage 2 Kit, the fellow is asking 150.00 Canadian.
Is that a fair price.
Is it a good kit, easly adjustable on the trail?
He also has a Haulk kit for sale but i never have heard of that name.
Thanks for the help
Thanks, thats the kind of info i was looking for.
I am after more mid range and more top end.
getting spanked this year by a new xp
someone local has a proline kit that includes dalton adjustable weights,
not sure if that is a good kit or not.
thanks again
Has anyone used what i believe is called a speed sheath.
From what i understand it replaces your oe inside pulley on your primary clutch.
I was told that it would help to raise the belt higher in the primary pulley therefore increasing my top end, but not take away any midrange.
Any thoughts...
I need to get the most top end speed out of my 07 Apex ER.
If I understand right, i need the belt to run as high in my primary clutch as i can get it?
I pull 11 rpms, but the belt runs down about 1/2 inch.
I assume i will need to change the weights?
Any suggestions?
Thanks from a former Doo...
I tried to adjust my center shock last night, none of the tools in my kit seemed to fit right. Is there another tool i need to buy.
I was able to adjust it but i had to use a Hammer and punch!(ouch)
Thanks
I had 2 of mine replaced yesterday under warranty, 12 miles down the trail last night both destroyed. lol
Will call dealer today and see what they are going to do for me.
Drove doo's all my life may have replaced 4 or 5 wheel in all that time.
Can someone post a pics with these installed. Are they much different than all the other ones you see on the market? All the ones i have tried will hit the windsheild when you turn the handlebars full lock.
Thanks
Are there grease fittings beside the ones in the suspension that i need to grease? On my other sleds there was a fitting by the drive belt for the shaft.
May be a stupid question but safer than sorry. lol
