A little back story...
1st ride of the season the sled started hard so i had to use starting fluid and that got her going just fine. Till about mid day and every time i'd stop slightly facing down hill it'd take a few revolution to catch and fire. as the day progressed it go worse. at the truck at the end of the day it took minutes of cycling to get it to fire?
took it home found what looked like a constricted fuel line so i rerouted it and everything seemed fine.
2nd ride yesterday fill up with fuel drive 2 hours and the sled wont start on the trailer and the battery seems real weak. so we jump it and it fires. after riding for a couple of hours on groomed roads mostly 1/4 throttle i go to slow to a stop and it starts to sputter and run shitty so i kill it. i re start and it fires right up so i spin it around and park. it's facing ever so slightly down hill...
...i use the sled a lot for bc skiing...
so after skiing for a few hours i come back to the sled and try tostart it... a slight sputter than nothing it just turns over and will not fire. after a while and fear of killing the battery i waive down a ski doo and he pulled me to the truck.
So now I need to diagnose... i've heard fuel pump, timing chain or tension-er, bent valves, spark plugs etc??? thoughts?

i should also mention it stalled going down a pretty steep pass... this type of behavior is all new this season.
A lot of folks know a lot more than me but it feels like it may be flooding? would not having a BOV contribute?

X2 on the carb cleaning. New fuel filters would not hurt either.

after a bit of digging it turns out the ground wire on my fuel pump had become disconnected... a quick glance could have saved me from having to buy a round of beers for the good folks who towed me out!
