I get the track aligned but as soon as I start the sled and rotate track a couple times it goes back to being 1/4 In off?

Keep the rear axle bolt snug, just loose enough for the adjusters to move. This will take any play in the rear wheels out of the equation. I quarter turn on the adjuster can make significant changes. I always start with the nuts flush with the end of the adjuster and count the turns as I tighten. Keeping them equal until I get my desired tension. Once tight, take baby steps until aligned.I get the track aligned but as soon as I start the sled and rotate track a couple times it goes back to being 1/4 In off?

Put a 1"square stock between the track and the skid. Tighten up to it. Then fine tune it from there.

If I move one adjuster or the other it make different tension on each side

So how is possible to adjust one or the other to align it?

i usually end up one turn (average) more on one side to get the track to run square on most of my sleds.
