TW you will smell the oil inside the turbo for a long time after. It seems to take forever to burn out of the housing. I had an oil pump electrical connector fail last year and pump the housing full of oil.

Thanks for responding Buckeye. The problem with putting more stuff on the sled is there isn't room. I would need to pull a trailer if I added any more crap. They don't say how big it is or how much it weighs. Any idea?
After going to the 90 sized oil reduction jet I no longer get oil in my airbox.

I still get a little in mine Spray. I have to find a fix before I go nuts. Seems to me like the seals in the turbo are inadequate. The vacume created by the turbo sucks the oil through the seal and into the charge plenum too easily.
Yes, in Mikuni rounds they do.

I wonder if you mountain guys are getting to much vacume at the blower seal because snow is blocking off your air filter, just a thought

I would block off the pitot jet , temporarily to see what it does , if it runs better try a 110 pitot jet ..............that jet in the turbo is to keep the boost from overcoming your boost switch , not to change boost levels.

The 90 jet works as long as you have all your air problems solved. AS soon as all leaks are sealed the oil problem goes away with the 90 jet. I had to make a bracket to keep my air box and carbs on after I got my air leaks solved. It took me awhile because I thought I fixed the problem but there is a monster difference when problem is totally solved. The sled sounds and runs so much smoother. Just a thought, check for leaks again everywhere and the oil will burn out of your system in less than 1 ride. You should not be cooking eggs all the time. It will get better and for the Cat guys they Prob don't want you to run good. You will embarass the crap out of them and get better fuel mileage when you get you problem fixed. Good luck.

I am running 132.5's. McXpress calls for 130's.
Got to 2 turns out on your fuel screws for the lowend popping.
Check the rubber tees that go into the float bowls to make sure the are perfectly sealed. VERY IMPORTANT.
There is a very high likelhood that your O2 sensor is no longer functioning.

There's really no way to check those T's is there, short of just taking them off and re-doing them?

After I did mine ,I used a 2 part epoxy with a long skinny tube and ran a bead around the boots , you need a flashlight and some patience .....
