Dealer cleaned carbs. Started sled without choke to drive off trailer and put in garage.
6 weeks later, went to start the sled but the choke lever only moves like 1/4. Cannot start sled.
Opened hood and could not open choke by pulling choke cable or pushing on the choke "plate" under the carbs.
Haven't talked to dealer yet. Any fix thoughts??? Thanks.

if they had an ultrasonic cleaner it could have removed any oil or grease that lubricated the mechanism try using some fogging oil on the mechanism, also if it sat for six weeks without being run it could have a plugged jet and need to have the carbs off again

They did do ultrasonic.
I lubed mechanism and used hammer and open it. Got the sled started but it runs like crap. Mild, frequent backfiring while at speed and big time throttle lag when I push the flipper fast and far. Seems to idle fine though.
A little old but treated gas in tank. I'll fill up with some fresh fuel and see what happens as well as call dealer on Mon. Thanks.

before you pull it apart run some seafoam in the gas and put some miles on it. seafoam can clean jets if there is some flow through them, its worth a try.

Sucked old gas out. Put fresh in with seafoam. Did a few high speed runs up and down the lake and its running much better. Thanks for the help.
