I thought about that too but how would you see it? I put one so I could see it next to the ignition switch. It would be useless where it is.FYI: I believe people used to put LED's in the wiring so they could tell it the starter solenoid ever stuck on. I was going to do it at one point but never got round to it.

I would assume. Ypu would have full continuity from battery ground or ground to frame to ground boxes? Right? I'm not good in electrical. I just want to fix this issue so I can go fishing this season. I got it for a good deal so if she continues giving me problems ill make my money back no problem. But I like the machine. All the way to the battery post? That's likely your problem. Just be sure it is a ground block as all the wires going into it should be black. Maybe try running a wire from the battery - to it and see if stuff start working again.

Based off your other posts and now knowing you also have a chewed up speedo sensor, its quite possible that connection is shorting things out. Just a thought as it would appear you have multiple electrical issues where it may not be a single culprit.

I suspect it will throw a code but if the chewed up wires within the speed sensor were causing the short, at least you could re-test your ground continuity with it disconnected.

Update. So I disconnected the speed sensor. I now can control my hand warmer on the screen. But the thumb warmer remain undisclosed. Also. If a bad speed sensor i mean bad. Chewed up by shaft. If its bad would it trigger tors even when system is bypassed ?
