Rode in marginal conditions (minimum snow, rocks & branches) the past few weekends in Old Forge and looked at the suspension last night and missing the inner suspension wheel near the weight transfer rod. According to Yamaha website P/N 8ES-47310-00-00. Do you think this was caused by poor conditions or just an issue with the wheel? The sled has 1700 miles on it. The bearing race remains on the shaft...just no wheel. I have a 03 RX-1 wheel p/n 8CR-47310-10-00 that appears to be the same...can someone confirm this. Love this site and love my 05 RX-1 ER...best sled I ever owned and rode a 06' Apex GT this weekend and still love the RX-1. Thanks...by the way anyone have these for sale or just go to the dealer

I swithed all six of my wheels to polaris wheels. The polaris wheels are a little larger and rubber coated. The factory inner ones on my sled kept going bad also. The inner mounting brackets
need to have .060 machined off the mounting block so that the polaris wheels fit in between the drive lugs correctly.

I have over 2000 miles on the polaris wheels and zero problems. Also no hyfax wear to speak of and the bearings are removeble and replacable.I dont have a part number but I can snap a picture if you need one.

Also I have four of the factory wheels off my sled that are in good condition id sell cheap if you want to go that route.

I had the same exact thing happen a couple months ago before I put my M7 skid in. Like $22. I think it's pretty common!
