Ripping the pig apart and having a difficult time seperating the 2 halves. Do I neen to rip the left half down as far as the right to get to seperate?
Any input would be appreciated. After that is together, the track is next. Should I replace the driveshaft. I have 7600 well beat miles.

I'm hoping your talking about the drixe axel being in the zone to go and not the bulkhead...Why are you replacing the bulkhead....I also have a 06 with 7600 miles.

Mine wasn't fun to get apart... I believe I dropped several choice words as I worked on it.. I ripped pretty much everything out. I am not totally sure how the hell I cracked mine. Might have been when I hit the rock that bent my a-arms.. but I rode several seasons after that without noticing it.
As for drive axles I am going to replace mine for the first time this year. I have very close to 12,000 hard miles on my sled. I ride in northern NH all winter long and I don't go easy on the sled. My friends think I am totally nuts most of the time and you don't want to hear what my dad says about my riding...
