hi Mr. Sled --I have had the same result with my 2015 RS Venture TF. COuld I ask you a few questions pleaseIts a pretty big job but I have done several and you do not need to pull the motor to do them... if you have to get one new its crazy expensive but there are guys that sell them for half the cost. Check the classifieds.

HAve you had any experience with this? yes--my 2015 RS Venture TF met this same fate this past weekdepending on how bad and where the damage is, you may be able to repair it with the bulkhead repair kit that barn-of-parts (hibshman25) makes, there are you tube videos showing an install of some of them if you look them up. Send him a PM or call him and he could help you.

so I hit a tree with my 2015 RS Venture TF and hit it square but about .5 inches to the right of center. wiped out the front end--but rectifier was saved as everything pushed to there. but because it hit slightly right side--it pushed the steering rods inside the bulkhead against the engine block and the Spindle --measuring from the top is a full 15/16 of an inch pushed back measuring from the back tunnel. I noticed that the bulkhead is pushed tight against the right side of the top frame and the left side has about and 1/8 inch gap. I then noticed a 3/4 inch crack on the right side of the bulk head just above the area above the steering arms coming out (there is a weak spot there where there is a viewing window there in the casting) A Arm is Bent on that right side but does not look bent---meaning I am pretty sure it is the bulkhead is twisted to the right slightly and the AArm assembly went with it.. ALso when I went over the top--the steering column got bent just slightly--but it is bent. I am taking it to dealer for insurance adjuster Tuesday--but I am wondering if I can get my hopes up that I can fix this? Would mean taking off the bulkhead--probably getting a new one--A arm, etc... I have not found much on how to do this job and also to find parts for (Besides Partzilla) --talking used parts on where to find? Also the steering column is probably my worst fear?? WOuld I have to pull the engine?? ANY help appreciatedOk. I’m listening.

You won’t have to pull engine. All that stuff can be done with engine in place. Call Travis at Barn of parts. He should have used parts. @hibshman25

x2 on barn of parts. he got us the one for my brothers venture gt. from the sounds of it, you will need the entire bulkhead and the a arms for that side. arms might not show that they are bent, but they are. un bolt them from spindle and i bet they are twisted. been there done that.

Yes I was thinking that also about the entire Bulkhead instead of just the right side. ANd the A Arms on that right side need to be replaced. the steering tie rod ends in by the block are pushed back and rubbing into the block so I am wondering if the frame is twisted or tweaked. What do you think? how to test for this? WHat concerns me is also the steering column, That is partially bent I feel and I hope I did not hurt the EPS system.x2 on barn of parts. he got us the one for my brothers venture gt. from the sounds of it, you will need the entire bulkhead and the a arms for that side. arms might not show that they are bent, but they are. un bolt them from spindle and i bet they are twisted. been there done that.

Do you think the spindle to the ski is twisted or bent? It seems like no? if the spindle turns smoothly in the housing, odds are it will be fine. my 11 was the sled i twisted the arms on and the spindle was fine when i slid it sideways into a tree.
