'06 APEX spindle on a '03 rx-1 will it work

If i change both spindles and housings on my '03 RX-1 Mountain to ones from a '06 APEX will it work.
Has anyone done this before

You need to change spindle, knuckle, upper a-arm, lower a-arm, shock, and steering linkage.
