has anyone compared the 06 mcx rear mount to the 07 kits i see there are several changes to the latest kit. how well is the fuel mapping on the 07 and does it out pull the old kits. also how many have tryed installing the pure logic fuel controller on the mcx turbo. thanks in advance guys.

It spools faster than the 06 and mapping is awesome, never used a pure logic so dont know.

The 2007 kits have the Y-pipe insulated some to help keep heat inside to improve response and reduce spool time. The Y-pipe have a weld on bung so adding a WBO2 sensor is easy. Mapping has been improved. This is my observations, there might be other improvements in the 2007 as well.

Also dual BOV's help keep throttle response snappy in and out of it. Also reduce turbo flutter compared to the 06 kits.

The 07 kit is suposed to be more responsive but theres things you can do to get the 06 kit just as responsive.

The response is night and day better on the 07 mcx then the 06. Clean crisp throttle response and half the lag of the 06 kit............Just ask the front mount guy's!!!

I was thinking about using the rx1 headeader pipe and welding solid to mcx pipe to eliminate the cracking pipes and gasket leaks. If it is ceramic coated would it be as responsive as the 07 kit. Have a boondocker box to fine tune. I could remove washers from blow off valve, if it would help.
