06 SnowFlap came on my 07 Attak.. What's up..?

The sticker says it was made 08/06 but the snow flap is plain black and not what I've seen on the 07's.

Anyone else have 07's with this 06 flap..

Gets stuck backing up sometimes..

Did you buy this sled new or used?? I havent heard of an 07 that came with a 2006 mudflap. If you bought it used the guy you bought if off must must have swicheded the mudflaps last mintue or something, maybe he had a 06??

I bought it new from LLCotes in Errol NH. few weeks ago

The flap is plain black. I noticed the 07s have white lettering and a different molding to them so they don't bend easy..

Is there a way to check the Vin to make sure I got a 07?

if the sticker says it was made in 06 then its a 07. my apex says it was made in may 2006

I think your dealer must have took it off for another sled and put one off the shelf on your's.

Maybe. I don't understand how and why the 07 flap could have disappered. And how they got ahold of an 06 to replace it?

It has to be an 07 .Why would someone switch just the sticker making a 06 look like a 07.

There was a 07 Attak in the showroom at my dealer that had the 06 snowflap on it. I think some of the first run 07 sleds had the 06 flaps.

My sticker says 08/06 Would that be in the first run? I've seen one on Ebay recently that was made 05/06 and had the new flap on it. Unless he bought a new one to upgrade..

I upgraded my 06 flap to the 07.

i would go check for you,but i totaled the sled a few weeks ago,and its gone

i would tell your dealer, have him get you an 07 flap!!! PERIOD!! if he is nice, give him the other one back, if he isnt, keep it for back up....

I hear ya... I'm still waiting for my mirrors. They said there on back order...
