06 vector front heat exchanger

If you know a good welder easiest way is to have it welded. Some people have used jb weld and other quick fixes but I don't trust that stuff. The 4 strokes generate alot of heat and the sled does not warn you when you are low on coolant, so you want to be sure you have it fixed right! I have had some overheated sleds come in that the spark plug coils were melted fast inside the head and the plastic on end of oil tank dip stick melted. Temp sensors don't do you any good when there is no coolant!

I have good clean used coolers if you opt to replace it. $125 plus ship.
