06 VK Pro idling issues

Hi everyone new to the forum had a question about my vk, no issues when starting the machine but after using it for a short period when you come off the throttle it wants to shut off, tried adjusting the idle adjustment but it seems like it wants to go to hi idle when you screw it down then you screw it out and it wants to shut off. It seems worst when the temps are in the -10c and below.
