sounds normal to me. My 07 Attak does it as well after a long wide open run.
Kind of cool.

It pulls the hardest out of the hole but is a little slower then two of the other 3 which brings me to my next question what is the best bang for the buck on top end?

It sounds to me like you have an exhaust leak. They probably should have replaced all 4 gaskets. Also, the gasket's clamps often have to have some metal removed between the clamp's two halves to get them to clamp tightly, especially around the reused donuts. Or, ... There could be a crack in the pipe/system. Also, one of the Flex-pipes could have gone bad. Sometimes they crack and then just let loose later. The cracks are hard to find, unless you are really looking.
I can't imagine a dealer just replacing two donuts. ??? I would be back in there looking for that leak.
This assumes that you have not done anything to lean out or change the fuel system.

not yet but I do have a chip that is supose to go between the mass air flow sensor and the computer do you know any thing about that will it help or hurt the performance of the machine and will it harm the machine?

What exactly are you talking about here. Is it a PC III or something?

It is a fast tuning motor management chip it says it works by modifying the signial to the ecu or computer for a more efficient air fuel mixture. it is adjustable for 0-30 hp gain as they claim just by turning the knob

lol i think a guy posted info on that so called chip. Most aftermarket hp gain are roughly $500.00 or more per hp. Check the apex/attak forum. Think NOS-PRO had a post

The adjustable chip is a variable resistor, that's all. Save your money, in my opinion, you'll never see 30 HP from it.

Sometimes you have to modify the clamps on the Donuts. Remove about 1/8" of metal where the two clamps come together. This allows the clamp to go tighter.
