I have 2 07 attaks,2 HJC helmets with heat shields,new wires for the shields & use the DC plugs.
I blow the fuses in the DC plug & also in the fuse box,mini 3 amps,switched to 5 amp,then 10amp minis,switched from 5 amp to 10 amp in the DC plugs.
Cannot figure out how to stop blowing fuses.
Any help??????????????

Try removing the panels, and following the wires, inspecting the plugs for corrosion and stripped insulation that could be shorting. Otherwise, I'd suspect something wrong with your plug itself, or the shield.
