'07 Phazer Exhaust

So, I just bought my first sled and am really looking forward to getting out this winter, once it starts to really snow. But I have an issue, the exhaust on my phazer shoots right into the tunnel where I want to strap a pack down. I was thinking about adding to the pipe to aim it down through the tunnel or up and out to the side. Anyone tried anything like this or have any other ideas?

Yes there is a few exhaust turnouts available or you could make your own.

Cut the bottom out of the muffler and cut the outlet pipe and add a pipe going down through the tunnel ... Have done this with 3mtn lites plus 2 nytros .... Now we can strap fuel can, bags, whatever on thebtunnel with no issues.

No problems or issues with ice build up with the exhaust going under the tunnel ?

Doesn't seem to be an issue so far ... results may vary depending o temps and snow conditions .... we ride mostly off trail but not always as much powder as we would like .... huge improvement for storage options ...
