A few questions for you all. On my 07 Rage is the tailight a running light and a brake light? I don't know if my brake light is stuck on, or if the brake light isn't working. Also should there be a beeping when the reverse lever is engaged? Also when the parking lever is on should there be something (light) on the display? Might all these be related, like fuses or something?

Yes...the tail light is both a running light, and a brake light (should get brighter when the brake is applied). Could be either the bulb or switch...I would suspect bulb first.
Yes...the sled makes an annoying beep when put into reverse. If you raise the hood, and check just inside the cowling, on top of the reverse lever, you will see two wires with blade connectors. A quick pull on one of those, and beeper silenced. Check to see if yours is already unplugged.
No...no light on the dash when the parking brake is engaged.
