07 Rs Venture Gt just buzzing

My buddy went to move my 07 venture GT in my garage and used a battery charger on start hooked up to the terminal wires on the side of the engine compartment because he said the battery was dead. Well it was turning over then he let go of the key. When he went to go again all it did was make a buzzing sound. I pulled off the airbox and it's coming from a little relay looking thing with two 30 amp fuses in it. I'm assuming this is the starter relay. My question is... Is this the starter relay and does it sound like it's shot? Is there a way to test it? Can you bypass it to start the sled and make sure everything else still works like the starter?

The buzzing sound is the sound it will make when the battery is not fully charged. Jump start with a good 12 volt battery. He most likely just lost a contact from the charger some chargers will only go on start mode for a little while so the second time he tried he was only running off the dead battery and got the buzz sound.

Thanks I will try that but when I hook up my battery charger it says it's charged so I'm not entirely sure. I've had weak battery problems before and it never made that buzzing sound.
