Is there any clearance problems running this size of track? Need better holeshot for 660' races and studs are not allowed.

Your good to about 1.75. For snow drags you gotta major lug-gage!!!! A deeper lug makes a huge diff!!!

You didn't tell us what kind of sled you're asking about. So it's tough to answer.

My 1.5 Camoplast Intense on my 07 Attak rubbed the protectors a little after I installed it. So I'm expecting you'd want to remove tunnel and heat exchanger protectors. But with no studs, you don't need the protectors...so no problem.

Some tracks have the paddles notched out where the rub bars are.I put on a 1.6" Arctic Cat track on my Attak and didn't have to remove anything.

Actually, I left my protectors in place and cut the notches out of the track as Zipclean mentions. Some tracks come pre-notched, mine did not. A utility knife and 20 minutes made quick work of it.
