Thinking about stretching the 121 to 144 tip up. Looking for the cheapest route, and still having good reliability. What track to use? I will not be studding this track. NEED FEEDBACK!!!!!!!!

- None, looking now!
I rather liked my old cross country track. ( 144x1.5 ) It had great hook up in the trails and was really great off trail. As you know, that track moved allot of snow. lol
I went with a hartman extension. They are built strong and the way they are bent it looks like the stock tunnel just flows right up through to the back. A bit pricy, but worth every penny. I have had two of these. I know there are other ones out there like the one that muffin works makes, which are lower cost I think and them look pretty good to.
Rear suspension. If you have an 06, I do not think you can make that into a 144. I've heard the suspension geometry won't work. You would have to get a stock 136 version and stretch that to a 144. or maybe find you a xtx skid and install that.
If you run with a 1.5" lug, you will have to remove your tunnel protectors. ( Fairly easy job )
This whole deal will cost you a few bucks no matter what route you take. Don't try to cut to many corners, just do it right and you'll have trouble free miles.

I'm going from 121 to 144 on my 08 Apex GT 40th. I have the Muffinworks kit with tipped up rails and a Camoplast Back Country track for it. Got a great deal on a new track on here. Whole setup will cost me about $1000.00.
Check out "my big pile of crap" in the build section. It's an m10 xtx version
