Thanks, getting is straight and square is the hard part. It wasn't bad though. You want it to fit up well so it isn't under stress just being bolted in, that would lead to stress cracks.xt_gt said:nicely done. i may have to steal that bumper mod from you once i get around to my 136 install.

I love it when guys show their little helpers !!! Perfect install man. How much extra lenght did you add to the tunnel and bumper ??? You probably could have gotten away with an inch or two less but it looks superb !!!!! 5 out of 5 man !!!!!

Looks like mine. I did the exact same thing last year to mine and I posted some pics. Its the cheapest way to do it.

I added 9 inches to tunnel overall. the extensions were 8.5 from axle center to center. I went a little longer in case I go longer in the future. I probably could have gotten away with 7.5, but I didn't want to limit myself later on. I wish it would snow. Hard to believe but we havn't had snow for almost 3 weeks and there is no decent riding here right now. For Maine this is hard to believe.Jeremy said:I love it when guys show their little helpers !!! I thought someone on here (TY) said they didn't have to extend the tunnel from factory when only going to a 136" skid?
How do the 136s handle & corner?
Make them more stable on trails & take out some of the twitchyness?
I'm thinking of doing my Daughters two GTs this summer!
