Mine does to it's like a whining noise. Kinda annoying the sled would be nice a quiet if it weren't for that noise

I would really like to find a way to make it quieter, did anyone do a clutch kit and help it? 2300 miles I'd hope it doesn't need a service on the clutches yet,,,, I rode my uncles attak last year and that got me hooked. 12000 miles with no problems it's fast and quiet just not comfortable, I was hoping to get a reliable sled that's more of a rough trail sled but these little things are making me question if it was the right choIce

Schmidt Brothers makes a "quiet kit", it's like $10. It's a bunch of small washers that go on the roller pins. I think it helps but nothing awesome. Nothing on whining noise, just the rattle.I would really like to find a way to make it quieter, did anyone do a clutch kit and help it? 2300 miles I'd hope it doesn't need a service on the clutches yet,,,, I rode my uncles attak last year and that got me hooked. 12000 miles with no problems it's fast and quiet just not comfortable, I was hoping to get a reliable sled that's more of a rough trail sled but these little things are making me question if it was the right choIce

Does a normal clutch kit do the same thing or would I still need a quiet kit to go with it, I'd like a lower stronger engagement as long as I can get rid of the noise too

Read clutching on the cheap for better clutching. The noise is normal.

2700 miles on my 14 Viper and it doesn't make any different or noticeable noise as compared to my 06 Apex. It has been more reliable than my apex so far.

We have owned two Nytro's ,both over 10,000 kms, clutch noise same as my 2014 Viper, 6000 kms. There is a bit of play where the clutch shaft and crankshaft spline are. I believe the
rattle noise is from this, and is normal. The Apex motor clutch shaft is not the same, stays much quieter.
