You can cut down a track, not sure if you can widen a tunnel.

Cut .5" off each side on table saw. Only way to do it. I did & was easy.

I have a 15" track in mine. Aftermarket tunnel and modified bulkheads and it just fits.

I have a 16" on my Nytro and had one on a Viper
now looking to maybe do something on my sons sled

there are new tracks that fit but not 15".. What are you hoping to gain with the wider track? Easier to get a longer track to gain flotation does the same thing and increases footprint...

I run the Challenger extrme track cammoplast 9047 151" long.. You should be able to find the track you are looking for in the right width if you are buying new!

have a 136x1.5 track and extensions from a 02 Viper wanting to use NO COST
have yet to find a post that shows or explains cutting down, they just say use a table saw
are you cutting and exposing the rods?
I also have the stock viper track but I think I will put that on a 92 Phazer II
