16.5” fox floats fit 07 phazer fx?

Hey guys. I believe the front shox on a 07 phazer fx are 16” center to center. Does that mean that a 16.5” fox float shock would bottom out if installed? Just wondering if there is a way i cud run them?

I’d be more worried about steering locking up if the arms fully extended. One way to find out, jack up the front and remove the lower shock bolts and let the arms hang an extra 1” or so and see if it effects safe steerage.
