Well here is what I did. I talked to Yamaha and there solution is to remove both wheels and they thoughtfully gave me four pushpins, with instructions on how to insert them, into the holes left when you remove the boggie wheel block. After observing the massive amount of engineering that they put into this solution I called Hygear and ordered the offset cup. I had it shipped via postage to me and then took my shock and the new cup into a motorsports shop and within an hour it was ready to put back onto my machine. Part was about 110 Canadian when all was said and done and $40 to change it.
I agree that they need to have these wheels in place.
