Last year my sled ran at right around 10.9/1 AF ratio with the stock main jets (135) and number 15 pilots. With everything else the same, what do you guys think i'd get for a change if I drop the main's one size (next down is 132.5).
The pitot system on the Bender kit only provides the finest of tuning. I can run a 200 or 900 jet in that thing and only see a small change in AF.

Yea i find it hard to get enuff in mid range. I have my needles all the way up!
But 11.2 sounds right or 11.5

I guess I will give them a shot. My problem right now is I am about to do the float bowl update and cannot decide if I should try the smaller jets or not. I'll put them in and find out I guess!

I agree with what LakeRcr said....about 11.2......that being said, that is still pretty rich. I believe in staying on the rich side but you might want to shoot for upper 11's so you might go to 130 instead. I have mine at about 11.7 at low boost and can turn it up to 12 psi and it is right on at 12.3 with my current jetting. Just my $.02

Travis,
I am just about done adding my powderlites front mount (gt25) 12lb good fuel and have been getting suggestions on what to run for jets around sea level. I will be in Michigan and up to Ottawa this winter and I think I'm between 300 and 600 feet most of the time. I was told to start at 145's. This sounds pretty heavy if you are looking to go down from stock. What are your thoughts?

Lakercr,
I'm still interested in the FGO wideband.

The Bender kit uses a slightly diffrent way to charge the float bowls with air, so you cannot really compare our main jet sizes.
I think 145 sounds like a good place to start. I'll report my findings as soon as there is snow...
