I picked up some 2 bolt idler wheel mounts for my 07 Attak with Kimpex wheels.
Does anyone have pictures of how to mount them. The mounts don't fit or I'm doing something wrong. I did look for threads on this but the pictures are not there anymore. Also what bolts should I use for the second bolt.
Thanks, Kevin.

I used old Pro-Action wheel mount because I knew they fit over the rail extrusion. Line up the stock bolt hole and lock it down with a bolt then drill the second hole. I know one of the holes is over a cut out in the rail so I made a washer fit so the bolt head didn't dig into the rail. I happened to have the yamaha hardware with my mounts but regular bolts will do the job.

I know the Pioneer wheel kit has some dual hole mounts and they lined up with one existing hole and then you just used the second hole in the mount as a guide to drill the second hole through the rail. Not sure if the Kimpex is a similar design.

Thanks I'll be doing some work on it tonight. Getting ready for the last trip to Maine and don't want any headaches.
Thanks, Kevin.

Here is the thread about 2 bolt mounts.

I had to grind the notch wider on the mount so it would fit onto the rail.
Also on the 2nd wheel mounts I ground the back down so it would sit flat on the rail and the pivot support.
The Pioneer kit is much easier.

I have a Attak and bought the extra wheel kit for the front and middle section and it works good. The BEST item I got is the drop down kit from Pioneer with stock spoke wheels. This setup eliminates the wear on the hifax and it rolls super easy.

I already have the wheels and mounts, so I'll have to make them work.
Thanks, Kevin.
